To confirm and secure your booking, MBRS Tour and Travels requires a deposit of only 20% of the total tour cost. However, this percentage is subject to changes based on the itinerary, trip category, and duration, which will be communicated by your personal travel consultant.
All online payments are acceptable through the gateway, and alternative methods include cheque, cash, electronic money transfer, and demand draft. A 3% extra charge will be applied to credit card payments over the total amount.
Please ensure that all payments are free of any withholding tax and deduction. Passengers are responsible for bearing any bank charges and payment gateway charges for remittances.
The final balance payment must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the date of departure, depending on the trip. If the final payment deadline exceeds 10 days, the company reserves the right to cancel any reservation.
Note that some tours may have different payment conditions and cancellation charges as outlined in the tour program. If the balance payment is made using a credit card, a 3% extra bank charge will be added to the transaction amount.
In case of cancellation, please inform MBRS Tour and Travels in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date the company receives the cancellation in writing. Specific rules of transportation tickets apply for cancellation charges.
The cancellation policy for individual tours is subject to changes based on the policies of hotels and service providers associated with the tour.
No refund or compensation will be provided for unused or unutilized services, including air travel tickets, hotels, sightseeing tours, cruises, meals, etc.
Any special requests, such as wheelchair accessibility, special puja rituals, specific dietary requests, must be communicated at the time of booking. While efforts will be made to accommodate requests, the company reserves the right to decline if unable to meet them.
If any member of the tour has mental or physical disabilities or serious medical conditions, it must be communicated via email before the tour. Consultation with a doctor is advised before the trip.
Passengers with complaints are advised to notify their guide or a concerned person immediately for swift resolution. Any written complaints must be submitted to the company within 7 days of completing the trip.
For all claims or disputes related to the tour’s operation, marketing, or coordination, the courts in Ayodhya have jurisdiction, and the laws of the Republic of India will apply.
