Package Itinerary
Day 1: Ayodhya to Barkot

Embark on your Chota Chardham Yatra with a gathering at Ayodhya bus stand. The group will undertake a 7-hour journey to Barkot via Mussoorie. Upon reaching Barkot, check into hotels or guesthouses for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Yamunotri Expedition

Wake up early to proceed to your first destination, Yamunotri. Travel 42 km to Janki Chatti and trek 6 km to reach Yamunotri. After the Darshan, trek back to Janki Chatti, and return to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Barkot to Uttarkashi

Embark on an 82 km, 4-hour drive from Barkot to Uttarkashi. Check into the hotel for an overnight stay, preparing for the journey ahead.

Day 4: Uttarkashi to Gangotri

Early morning, drive 100 km to Gangotri. Take a holy dip in the Ganga, complete the Darshan, and return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi

Begin the day with a long drive of 228 km, taking 8-9 hours, to reach Guptkashi. Check into hotels or opt for camping for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Guptkashi to Kedarnath

Head to your third destination, Kedarnath, driving 32 km from Guptakashi to Gaurikund. Trek 14 km from Gaurikund to reach the holy shrine of Lord Kedarn. After the rituals, return to Guptkashi for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Kedarnath to Badrinath

Drive 173 km from Guptkashi to Kedarnath, taking 7-8 hours. After Darshan and Pooja, stay overnight in hotels at Badrinath.

Day 8: Badrinath to Srinagar

Depart for Srinagar, a 156 km drive from Badrinath, taking 7-8 hours. Check into hotels or guesthouses for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Srinagar to Ayodhya

Conclude your journey with a 162 km drive from Srinagar to Ayodhya, taking around 5 hours. After reaching Ayodhya, head back to your home, marking the end of your Chota Chardham Yatra.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Inclusions:

  • Welcome drink on Arrival at the hotel (non-Alcoholic).
  • Accommodation on a double-sharing basis at hotels.
  • Meals (Daily Breakfast).
  • All hotel taxes.
  • Driver T. A. D. A, Fuel Charges, Parking Fee, State Taxes.
  • Sightseeing as per the above Itinerary by Individual Vehicle.

  • Any claim or delay charges due to natural calamities, landslide, road blockage, etc., or any other things not mentioned in the cost included column.
  • Rates are not valid during Peak Season and festival holidays (Peak Season: During Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Durga Pooja, and long weekends or any event).

Guidelines for Passengers:

  • Take care of all your personal belongings and luggage throughout the trip.
  • Dress properly while visiting the temple to avoid inconvenience.
  • Carry any personal medication/a small first aid kit for emergencies.
  • Be patient during sightseeing and temple visits.
  • Do not litter public areas.
  • Book tickets and passes in advance to avoid any kind of mess.

  • Carry light and manageable luggage.

Things to Know:

Dress Code for Temple: While there is no rigid dress code for this temple, it is recommended to dress modestly. It is advisable to include cold-weather attire in your packing list, even when traveling during the warmer summer months.

  • Men: For men, the dress code is dhoti or pyjamas with upper cloth.
  • Women: For women, the preferred dress code is saree or half-saree with blouse or churidar with pyjama and upper cloth.

Age Limit for Darshan: No age limit restrictions.

Instructions while Visiting Temples:

  • Pilgrims who book for Darshan should bring the printed copy of their receipt.
  • All devotees are required to carry an original Photo ID proof at the time of reporting.
  • Most temples do not allow electronic gadgets like mobile phones, cameras, etc., inside the temple.
  • Darshan tickets are non-transferrable.
